  • Renowned Italian design studio Lazzarini has unveiled a stunning, Star Wars-like jet flying concept, the AirCar 4x4
  • Powered by Rolls Royce jet engines, it is designed to hit speeds up to 460 mph
  • Some aviation experts are marveling at the design and think that lead designer Pierpaolo Lazzarini has reimagined the future of flying vehicles with this concept
  • It's ultra-light with a carbon fiber body
  • Carries a pilot and 3 passengers
  • The Rolls Royce engines can rotate to take you in the direction you want while simultaneously providing tremendous maneuverability & stability
  • Powered by jet fuel
  • Range of 3200 kilometers
  • Incredibly agile as the 4x4 engine system can turn and move quickly to different heights & speeds over all types of terrain including mountains
  • Lazzarini says he will have a prototype in 2024 & plans on taking the flying car into production.

  • Scientists at the University of Cambridge in the UK have determined that adding just 11 minutes of exercise to your daily routine can lower your risk of chronic disease & death
  • The scientists reviewed data on more than 30 million people who exercise vigorously, moderately, minimally or not at all
  • Key finding:  some exercise is clearly better than none
  • Just 11 minutes a day of some form of exercise, be it walking, cycling, jogging, running, aerobics or dancing, results in 23% less risk of early death, 17% less risk of developing heart disease & 7% less risk of developing cancer
  • Meanwhile, in a separate study, UK researchers have found that short spurts of exercise throughout the day are far more beneficial to the body and mind than 1, intense exercise period daily
  • The reason:  multiple short periods of exercise, at 11 minutes a piece, break up long stretches of time throughout the day when the body is sedentary
  • The best forms of moderate exercise to do in multiple sessions are walking, jogging, aerobics or climbing stairs
  • More rigorous types of multiple session exercise include running, cycling & dancing
  • The UK scientists also found that a more moderate, episodic approach stimulates the brain and improves cognitive functions like decision making & planning.
