A BEER TO SAVE THE PLANET

• A London brewery has created what is being called the world's 1st carbon-negative beer - a beer you can enjoy that contributes to a greener environment
• Created by Gipsy Hill Brewery of London, the beer removes more greenhouse gas emissions from the atmosphere than it emits
• The beer is produced in a sustainable manner by using regenerative barley produced by farmers using regenerative farming practices and hops that have been recaptured and reused
• The beer comes in 2 types:  Trail Pale and Swell Lager
• It can be bought at Gipsy Hill's south London taproom and at a growing number of taverns in the UK
• It is an environmental first-of-its-kind in the 9,000 years that humans have been drinking beer, which was first documented in China
• So, Heads Up & Cheers for green, sustainable, carbon negative beer!

META'S TWITTER RIVAL THREADS TOPS 100 MILLION USERS

•  Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg's social media app Threads has done the unprecedented: secured more than 100 million users in less than a week of its launch date
• The signups put Threads on a pace to surpass Elon Musk's Twitter
• For Twitter owner Musk, the threat to Twitter is very personal
• He is suing Meta and Mark Zuckerberg for stealing Twitter intellectual property and poaching several key Twitter employees to do so, which Zuckerberg denies
• Threads was designed to take on Twitter as a rival and it certainly is
• There are multiple internet reports from internet traffic tracking companies that Twitter's usage is dropping while Threads is surging
• It appears that Meta and Threads are posing a serious risk to Twitter, but the question is: how will Twitter respond to maintain its huge base of long-time users?

NEW OPEL IS COMING

• German automaker Opel, now owned by Stellantis, is teasing a new concept car that it will feature at the upcoming 2023 Munich Motor Show
• It's called Opel Experimental
• Designed to showcase where the brand is headed and what the brand will put into production
• Expected to evolve the "Bold and Pure" design philosophy that Opel has showcased in its GT X Experimental in 2016 and recently in the Mokka and Astra
• Will sport new Blitz logo and embody brand pillars like Greenovation and detox
• Opel is famous for its fascinating new design concept cars including the GT X concept.
