GLOBAL WARMING MAY MAKE EAST COAST TOO HOT TO LIVE IN BY 2100

  • Scientists are warning that global temperatures may make Florida to New York and Houston to Chicago impossible to live in by 2100.  Here's what we know:
  1. A study led by the University of Pennsylvania found that the East Coast and Middle America could become unlivable by 2100
  2. It would impact 300 million Americans
  3. A deadly combination of heat and humidity will ensue in these regions if temperatures rise 5.4 degrees F above pre-industrial levels
  4. 200,000 Americans could die yearly from cardio and respiratory disorders from the extreme heat
  5. Experts fear that billions are at risk worldwide
  6. Those with health issues, children and the elderly are at greatest risk to rising temperatures
  7. High temperatures continue to break records and scientists are warning of even more intense heatwaves.


UFO-LIKE FLYING CAR CLEARED FOR TAKEOFFS

  • Alef's Model A flying/driving car has been cleared by the FAA for flight testing.  It is attracting a great deal of global interest as it prepares for commercial launch in 2025.  Here's what we know:
  1. Prototype is very close to the finished vehicle for consumers to purchase in 2025
  2. Wowed automotive experts at the recent Detroit Auto Show
  3. Landmark new technology
  4. 100% electric powered
  5. Drivable on public roads
  6. Can drive 200 miles or fly 110 miles on a charge
  7. Carries 1 or 2 passengers
  8. Pricing expected to start at $288,109. 
  9. Alef is a California-based, cutting-edge automotive and aviation company that is likely to have one of the 1st commercial flying cars on the market.
NISSAN CONCEPT 20-23 - FUTURE OF E-DRIVING

  • Nissan's Concept 20-23 is a look at the future of electric sports car driving as the Nissan Design team in London envisions it.  Here are some key details:
  1. Futuristic 2-door electric hatchback
  2. Inspired by race cars
  3. Celebrates the 20th anniversary of Nissan Design Europe
  4. Low, muscular aerodynamic body
  5. Minimalist interior
  6. Enormous rear wing and ultra-low front and rear spoilers 
  7. Powerful, dramatic looking car that is battery powered
  8. Nissan has not offered any specs yet nor indicated that it's going into production, but it's a sports car beauty.
