- It is targeting accelerated development of robots particularly for dangerous jobs in harsh conditions
- Experts at MIT believe China will establish a "humanoid robot innovation system" to drive breakthroughs and world leadership in the tech
- MIT is forecasting that humanoid robots will become a disruptive technology through AI like smartphones and computers.
