  • NASA's new geospatial map tool is so precise it can forecast exactly how Climate Change will impact your house and street.  Some key facts:
  • New CC AI map tool developed by NASA and IBM
  • Can predict how CC will impact your home and help you make important life decisions
  • Just unveiled at COP28 
  • Could help you avoid bad real estate decisions
  • Can help you avoid deadly weather events in the future
  • Offers different algorithms to reveal future flooding, wildfire risks, tree cover and carbon emissions at the street level
  • The developers are making this AI tool open source and available to everyone in 2024
  • It's an AI-powered foundational model built by IBM using massive amounts of data from NASA, including from space satellites 
  • The level of precision and accuracy is said to be unprecedented.

  • After more than 2 years of finalizing details while customers waited, Tesla just delivered the 1st Cybertruck pickups to a few customers.  The deliveries officially marked the start of sales.  Some key facts:
  • Cybertruck starts at $61,000.00, which is about $21,000 more than was announced in 2019
  • There are 2 more expensive versions 
  • Most expensive version starts at $100,000 +
  • Battery range is 340 miles, not the 500 miles promised
  • Tesla targets production of Cybertruck to start now
  • 2 million plus customers have a reservation to buy the electric truck
  • What's hot about it:
  1. Sci-fi inspired
  2. Unconventional design
  3. Many new novel technologies
  4. Those technologies have made it difficult and expensive to build the e-truck and may lead to more innovations
  5. Cybertruck has traction, is real and will start rolling on the production line
  6. Tesla CEO Elon Musk did deliver what he calls "something experts called impossible"  
  7. Musk calls this his best Tesla product.
