BIG AI BREAKTHROUGH: WORLD'S FIRST AI CHILD WITH EMOTIONS

  • Chinese scientists have developed an AI robot that looks and acts like a 3-year-old kid.  Here's what we know:
  • Called Tong Tong, it has the intelligence and behavior of a 3-year-old child
  • Being heralded as the next big breakthrough in AI
  • It assigns itself tasks, which is its most unique ability
  • It learns autonomously and explores its environment
  • Tong Tong, which means little girl, can even experience emotions
  • You can speak to Tong Tong and assign it tasks
  • Tong Tong was created by scientists at the Beijing Institute for General AI
  • Right now, Tong Tong does not have a physical form and exists within a virtual environment with which it can interact
  • Creators of Tong Tong say she has her own anger, joy and sorrow.
CADILLAC'S ALL-ELECTRIC ESCALADE

  • For its 25th birthday, the new 2025 Escalade is going all-electric.  Here are some key facts:
  • Called Escalade iQ
  • Much more aerodynamic shape
  • Bigger than the standard version of the Escalade by a foot, bumper to bumper
  • Expected to have dual electric motor powertrain that produces 750 hp and 785 ft lbs of torque
  • Range of 450 miles on a charge
  • Lots of luxuries like a 55" curved touchscreen display, 40-speaker sound system for immersive audio and panoramic glass roof
  • Expected to hit the market this summer, starting at $130,000
  • Accommodates 7 people
  • Cadillac is also working on a larger version of the Escalade, which likely will be the largest EV ever.
