CITYAIRBUS NEXTGEN eVTOL - MUCH ANTICIPATED FLYING TAXI

- Aerospace giant Airbus just unveiled a highly anticipated, 4-passenger eVTOL flying taxi that's considered a gamechanger. Here are some key facts:
- Called the CityAirBus NextGen
- Designed for air travel in major cities
- All electric powered with vertical takeoff and vertical landing
- Range 50 miles
- Top speed of 75 mph
- Distributed propulsion system with 8 electric powered propellers
- Operational automated flight mode but will initially be piloted
- Fixed wings and V-tail
- Will take 1st flights later this year
- Unveiling of CityAirBus coincided with a new Airbus eVTOL testing center near Munich as Airbus bets on urban air mobility vehicles
- Considered a game-changing vehicle, designed for multiple missions including air taxi, emergency response and more.
WORLD'S 1ST ELECTRIC MUSCLE CAR
- Get ready for the Dodge Daytona electric muscle car concept. Here's what we know:
- Called Charger Daytona SRT
- This is the world first all-electric muscle car
- It is the production ready version
- 2 trims : R/T and Scat Pack
- R/T delivers 496 hp, 404 ft lbs of torque with top speed of 137 mph
- Scat Pack delivers 670 hp, 6327 ft lbs of torque and top speed of 134 mph
- 100.5-kWh battery with 317 mile range for R/t; 260 mile range for Scat Pack
- Dodge, which is owned by Stellantis, expects to start manufacturing the vehicle this summer and as we get closer will be disclosing the price.
