DIET CAN GREATLY BOOST YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
- Incredibly, the leading cause of illness and disability globally is not cancer or heart disease. It's neurological conditions including depression. According to the World Health Organization, more than 3 billion people are affected. According to new neuroscience research, there is easy relief. Smart eating and drinking can significantly improve your mental health. Here are a few suggested tips:
- Get the right micronutrients into your system like vitamin B, which is key to preventing depression, anxiety and forgetfulness.
- Make sure you are properly hydrated. Dehydration can make it harder for you to focus, think clearly and fully concentrate.
- Eat lots of fiber. It keeps your gut healthy and allows it to absorb vital vitamins and minerals essential to mental wellbeing.
- Avoid fad diets that promote extreme dietary practices for ultra-fast results. Their lack of nutritional balance could be deleterious to your mental health.
- Avoid junk foods that are rich in carbs, sugar and fat. New research has found we are more tempted to junk food when we're tired.
- These fresh, new tips on how to use your diet to improve your mental health are based on a UK research study of nearly 200,000 people and their dietary habits.

- PureSpeed officially debuts in 2025 and makes an appearance in Monaco this weekend.
