   D A ILY INNOVATION BRIEF                By Journalists Edward Kane & Marya nne Kane CLIMATE CHANGE'S IMPACT ON WINE                                                                                          Source: Stock Climate Change has had many negative influences on our lives.  But according to research from a world-renowned university, there is a standout positive.  Here's what we know: Oxford University researchers have discovered that global warming is improving the quality of wine Specifically, warmer summers and wetter winters yield better wine The study took a look at 50 years of wine scores from the Bordeaux wine region The key finding:  with greater warming wines get stronger Conversely, Climate Change is adversely impacting beer Global warming's rising temperatures is making lager and IPAs (Independent pale ales) taste more bitter As we sit back and reflect on the gloom  and doom of Climate Change, we can at least raise a glass of Bordeaux and toast Clima
