D A ILY INNOVATION BRIEF By Journalists Edward Kane & Marya nne Kane ELON MUSK LAUNCHES HIS OWN AI Super: AI Stock Tesla, SpaceX and X(Twitter) Chairman/CEO Elon Musk today is launching his first AI product to a select group of customers. Here's what we know: Musk calls his AI "the best that currently exists." Says it will be "pro-humanity" and will be "good AI" His AI company is called xAI It will work closely with his other companies, including Tesla and X Musk wants to make his social media company X all AI-based Musk says it will take a while before his AI software catches up to Google and Open AI He predicts that AI will reach the superintelligence level in 5 to 6 years, which is faster than most experts have forecasted. Interestingly Musk wanted regulatory authorities to put AI development into pause to allow ethical guidelines and standards
