Specifically designed for city commuting, it can hit speeds up to 85 mph and has a range of 100 city miles on a single charge. It is priced at $11,750. Tech Specs FXE is driven by what's called a "brushless" motor that produces 46 horsepower and 78 pound-feet of torque. The motor is connected to a 7.2 kHw lithium ion battery.
