  New Partnership Between Lexus & The Royal College of Art                                                                                           Source:  Lexus Stunning New Lexus Designs Lexus has formed a new partnership with the prestigious Royal College of Art.  Lexus has asked graduate students in design to envision and design luxury Lexus for the year 2040.  The designs address a future world of mobility, new lifestyles, sustainability and how new technologies might impact the Lexus brand. Stunning New eVTOL for Personal City Travel - Volar

  Bellwether's Volar - Flying Hypercar eVTOL                                             Source:  Bellwether A Personal Flying Machine Designed for City Travel Volar is a highly innovative eVTOL (electric, vertical take-off and landing) vehicle that is worthy of a future, secret agent like James Bond.  It looks like a very sleek combination of a spaceship from another planet and a hypercar.  It doesn't look like an aircraft as the propulsion system is hidden from view underneath the body of the very sci-fi flying machine.  The eVTOL is the boldly innovative creation of London-based startup Bellwether Industries.  The personal flying machine is designed to make inner city travel much easier.  Testing of a half-sized demonstrator prototype of Volar is now underway.  The demonstrator, named Antelope, is being remotely piloted.  The Urban Air Mobility (UAM) vehicle is designed for private use and appears to be a pilot-less drone, although it is still under development. This is a first in the United Kingdom.  The zero-emissions, iconic buses were manufactured by Wrightbus of Northern Ireland, which also has hydrogen buses operational in Dublin, Ireland.  Hydrogen for the buses is being produced in Cheshire with big hydrogen production plans in the mix. Going Totally Zero Emissions The city's transportation operator, Transport for London, has a sustainability goal of operating only zero emissions buses by 2030.  London is diversifying its green bus portfolio by adding the hydrogen buses to its electric fleet.  London has 500 electric bus

  Tribute to the Past With Highly Advanced Technology                                                                                      Source:  MG SAIC Extraordinary Electric Sportscar Going into Production MG has developed a fascinating new electric concept car - the MG Cyberster.  The car is designed to pay tribute to the company's iconic, classic cars of the past, while showcasing its advanced, technological direction for the future.  The electric vehicle was developed by the MG/SAIC London-based, Advanced Design Center.  MG is currently owned by the SAIC MOTOR, the largest automotive group in China.
