Here's are some key findings from fresh research by experts at the University of Queensland, Australia: Regular exercise can rejuvenate brain cells It can prevent, slow down and reverse cognitive decline Exercise does so by rejuvenating the brain's immune cells and promoting neurogenesis - the creation of new neurons It cuts harmful T-cells in the hippocampus area of the brain that's essential to learning & memory It reverses age-related changes and in older people restores brain patterns similar to those in younger people The scientists emphasize that regular exercise can promote healthy aging and fight cognitive decline They are urging new p
