  Racing at Ferrari's New Legoland California Racetrack                                        Source:  Lego and Ferrari Fabled F40  This is new innovation with plenty of horsepower.  Legendary, luxury automaker Ferrari is partnering with Lego on a new, interactive and virtual racing experience for kids at the Legoland California resort.  Called Lego Ferrari Build and Race, it is the world's first Ferrari racing attraction. Kids will be able to build their own miniature Formula One race car with Lego bricks and then test and race it on one of three Ferrari racetracks. Formula One Racing with Ferrari & Lego for Kids When the attraction opens in spring 2022, kids will be able to test their inventions on a testing zone track, steering track or speed track.  On all of the courses, times will be taken.  After the race, the kids can digitally scan their car and mini-figure driver to compete in a virtual race on a Lego version of Ferrari's racetrack, the Pista di Fiorano.  Par

World of Sprayable User Interfaces Source:  MIT MIT's Sensor Inks for Your Interactive Life Researchers at MIT, along with scientists  from the UK, have developed a brand new technology that they're calling a sprayable user interface.  These are sprayable  sensors with conductive ink that, for example, would enable you to touch the arm of your chair to change the channel on television.  This unique user interface can work on just about any surface, including wet,  outdoor surfaces, rough and curved surfaces. Vision of a Digital User Interface Future The researchers say their new technology forwards the vision of blending digital user interfaces with the physical  environment, including large-scale interactive surfaces.  This technology could be part of smart buildings in the future.  Specifically, stenciled, airbrushed designs on surfaces that respond to touch. Connectivity and Style - Fashion Titan Yves Saint Laurent Partners with Google Source:  Yves Saint Laurent Smart Shoulder Strap Powered by Google Project Jacquard It's called the Cit-E Backpack and it features a smart shoulder strap that's powered by Google.  Specifically, by Google's Project Jacquard, that transforms ordinary objects like clothing and backpacks into interactive surfaces.  It weaves touch and gestures into any textile to enable connectivity.  The smart backpack is manufactured by Yves Saint Laurent in a partnership with Google.  YSL is a fashion titan and the price is pricey at $878.
