   MIT Zero Emissions Water Taxis to Be Deployed in Amsterdam Source:  MIT C-SAIL Innovative Water Shuttles for Amsterdam Canals From the world famous MIT C-SAIL a team of engineers and roboticists have created the Roboat, a robotic boat that uses the same autonomous, electric self-driving technology for cars but adapted for the water. Their adaptation is extremely innovative and it is soon to be launched as a water taxi service for Amsterdam commuters, pending governmental approvals.   Pilot Programs Starting in Houston                                                  Sources:  Nuro & FedEx Race to Cut Package Delivery Costs by Robotics FedEx and robotics/autonomous delivery startup Nuro of Silicon Valley, CA just announced a multi-year deal to test autonomous delivery vehicles for the FedEx delivery network.  The pilot program will start in Houston, where Nuro's low speed, unmanned R2 vehicles are already making deliveries for Domino Pizza and Kroger supermarkets.  FedEx says it will start sending vehicles for late night pickups in remote areas.  The aim of the partnership is to test and deploy Nuro's next generation autonomous delivery vehicles on a large scale basis.  The next G Nuro is all electric, low speed and self-driving with no space for humans only cargo. Asteroid 2020 HS7 Discovered Source:  NASA Tracking Mysterious Group of Asteroids UFO Sighting A relatively small asteroid, 13x26 feet flew close to the Earth and close to satellites.  The nearest satellite was just 750 miles away and the asteroid passed within 26,554 miles of Earth.  The discovery of Asteroid 2020 HS7 was just made by NASA's Pan-STARRS project.  This is one of the closest flybys by an asteroid ever recorded. The asteroid actually passed under the nearest satellite and came close to the geostationary orbit ring for satellites. Global Coordinated Tracking On April 26, 2020 NASA's Pan-STARRS telescope in Hawaii spotted what scientists thought was a UFO flying through space.
